In response to the COVID-19 emergency, we are offering our clients the following service:
1. Send a text message or email to all of your existing patients with your medical center’s COVID-19 information.
2. The COVID-19 information can be a link to your website that you host with your medical center’s specific COVID-19 instructions, or a hotline that patients can call.
3. You can also use our survey engine to pre-screen patients who may be experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. The question we would ask is:
“Are you or a close contact experiencing new (or worsening) fever, cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat?”
If Yes, then we would flag this as red on our dashboard to indicate urgent follow up by one of your staff members.
4. For our Emergency Department clients: to help enforce social distancing and thus reduce infection spread, we can send a text or email to a designated patient contact when the patient’s assessment is complete, and the patient is ready for discharge. This will decrease the numbers of family members and other visitors at patient bedside or waiting with patients.
