COVID-19 Help

In response to the COVID-19 emergency, we are offering our clients the following service:

1. Send a text message or email to all of your existing patients with your medical center’s COVID-19 information.

2. The COVID-19 information can be a link to your website that you host with your medical center’s specific COVID-19 instructions, or a hotline that patients can call.

3. You can also use our survey engine to pre-screen patients who may be experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. The question we would ask is:

“Are you or a close contact experiencing new (or worsening) fever, cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat?”

Yes
No

If Yes, then we would flag this as red on our dashboard to indicate urgent follow up by one of your staff members.

4. For our Emergency Department clients: to help enforce social distancing and thus reduce infection spread, we can send a text or email to a designated patient contact when the patient’s assessment is complete, and the patient is ready for discharge. This will decrease the numbers of family members and other visitors at patient bedside or waiting with patients.

Please let us know if you want to make use of these services. We know patient communication is critical at this time, and we want to help you and your patients in any way that we can. Please contact me ([email protected]) or [email protected] or [email protected] with any questions.

Be Safe,

Ed
