Not all fertility brands are performing equally. The 2026 rankings reveal dramatic gaps between networks, independent practices, and geographic markets — including vulnerabilities hiding in plain sight.

Some organizations have built remarkably strong, consistent patient reputations across every location. Others carry weak links that quietly undermine the entire brand. This report names names: top and bottom networks ranked by weighted Google score, the 10 best and 10 worst independent practices, and the states where reputation runs highest — and lowest.
A strong average can hide a serious problem. The report introduces network consistency scoring — the standard deviation of scores across locations. The most consistent network holds a sigma of just 0.21 across all sites; the least consistent swings by 1.48. One underperforming location can drag down brand perception in every market you operate in.
Two groups stand out. Hidden gems — practices with 4.7+ scores but fewer than 50 reviews — deliver exceptional care that patients simply can’t see yet. Urgent-attention practices are the reverse: 100+ reviews and scores below 3.5, meaning thousands of prospective patients encounter a poor first impression every month. Knowing which category you (or your competitors) fall into changes your entire growth strategy.
