The 3.01 sector average employer rating hides two opposite workforces, while scores are lowest in 2025.

There is no middle.

Almost exactly as many employees rate their fertility employer the lowest possible score as rate it the highest. 41.6% are detractors and 42.0% are promoters. That means the sector average of 3.01 describes almost nobody’s actual experience. If you are managing to the average, you are managing to a number that does not exist inside your building.
